Blogger Alfie said...

exactly :) Put the start point in and others can go there and hunt the art out, then adding their shots of it to their own map in the new location :)

um ..

dear doofus:

are you wiping that shit off after you're done taking pictures?

you're making them more attractive to birds and other predators.

why not just stomp on them yourself?

Blogger Vikki said...

Nah, I reckon birds won't recognise them as snails so they'll never get eaten, will grow enormous and TAKE OVER THE WORLD!

Nice idea with the sticker maybe, but not good enough when it comes to painting them... Please don't go around PAINTING snails.

what's next, painting turtles?

You know... some idiot who DOESN'T know, but needs to think him/herself clever in an arty way will think that oil-based paints are okay for painting on turtles, then use some light petroleum product (like turpentine) to remove it thinking better of his stupidity, but not realize that the turpentine is worse than the oil-based paints.

Don't paint animals. I can live with the sticker, but paint is out in my book, as it should be yours!

There's that joke about the snail who wanted to drive a sports car with a big S on it. When he would drive by people would say "look at that S car go!"

I have been doing a similar project to this for some time now. It does not involve your little people but is similar with respect to the painted snail shells, the whole project is painted snails and people. I have never done a Graffiti shell; it looks really good! One of my relatives recently got your book which was great. I enjoyed reading your comments with the Police man!
